This was never surprised, educated adults, what lengths will go to lose weight quickly and easily. Keep in mind that the same people I am referring to friends who have many other options are certainly skeptical.
There are some readers disgusted? Maybe. Is there any surprises? Probably not. Right on par with ‘get rich quick’ schemes, people are very susceptible to ‘lose weight quick’ promises. I am the way is easy, but deny the body’s vital fuel (food) is simply not the way forward.
